A large, multi-inleted bay on British Columbia's Sunshine Coast, Pender Harbour was once a steamer stop, and an important logging and medical waypoint. It is now an
unincorporated community within the Sunshine Coast Regional District (SCRD). The 2006 population estimate for all unincoporated areas in the SCRD was 14,718.
